Carrot Sailsman #1

As I wrap up v1 of this site I've started relearning unity to work on an idea I've been kicking around for a while. The basic idea is that you are a rabbit who sails the high seas in search of carrots. Only problem is that you're not very good at sailing... or building boats. The player needs to navigate the high seas and find carrots. I spent a bit today working on some basic assets. They're not very good but ill link some below.

Right now I think the primary gameplay loop will be to collect carrots and drop them off at the store. Collect as many as you can before the time runs out. I want to keep the gameplay loop simple and have some fun with different mechanics to help/harm their progress.
One idea I have right now is to do some currents that will apploy force on the boat. Still experimenting right now.
I think the full vision for this game is something like learn to fly or shopping cart hero. Those old school flash games where you would upgrade between runs and send it again. The OG rogulike tbh.
